Hello, I’m Suzanne — a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor and the heart behind Heartful Butterfly Therapy. My approach is gentle, soulful, and client-led, blending traditional therapy with mindfulness, body awareness, eco-therapy, and psycho-spiritual models. I believe that true healing goes beyond the mind and reaches into the heart and spirit, allowing space for deeper self-discovery and connection.

My role as a counsellor is not to advise or judge, but to offer you dedicated time to explore your inner world, without pressure or expectation. You don’t need to have it all figured out, or even know where to begin — just bring yourself as you are. We will work together at your pace, exploring what feels most important to you in this moment. My communication style is relaxed and conversational, using everyday language, allowing us to gently explore the deeper meaning behind your words and experience.

Online or Telephone - Flexible support, wherever you are in the UK.
In-Person - Therapy rooms in Christchurch, Poole and New Milton.
Outdoor Sessions - nature-based sessions or walk and talks if you find calm in the open air.
